By making a booking with us, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:

Please review for accuracy; it is your responsibility to notify Super Luxury Ride by calling (407) 373 43 50 of any discrepancies. Any changes to future bookings MUST be done by email at least 24 hours prior to any reservations such as re-schedule your pick up for any reason. We will try our best to re-schedule but we do not guarantee the availability. You will be charge FULL 1 Way if you fail to notify the company on your re-schedule. Changes reported to the driver will NOT be processed. Please be advised that you must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up. You will be charged FULL 1-WAY if you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior and/or fail to show up at your pre-schedule pick up time. If you do not see our driver at the airport, you MUST call us immediately so we can locate the driver for you. DO NOT depart the airport if you are unable to find the driver. You will be charged FULL 1-WAY FARE if you fail to notify us over the phone. You must contact the office immediately if you are unable to locate our driver. We reserve the right to charge you waiting time and additional airport parking if your bags do not make it on the flight and you have to
fill out paper work at the baggage claim. We WILL NOT charge you waiting time if your flight is delayed for any reason. However there is a grace time period after the landing time for the driver to be waiting at the airport at no additional cost of domestic flights 30 minutes and international flights 60 minutes. Time is calculated base on the landing time. Every extra minute will be consider a waiting time and will be process every 10 minutes based on the hourly rate of the vehicle reserved. Additional $15 dollars will apply to international flights. You must call us immediately if you flight is cancelled or changed, failure to comply will result in FULL 1-WAY FARE charge for the vehicle reserved. On your departure date you must be ready to depart at your pre schedule time. We will allow 10 minutes grace period, if at the expiration of 10 minutes free time, you fail to show up, you will be process every 15 minutes based on the hourly rate of the vehicle reserved in addition to the fare you have already paid until the time you show up. We will wait for up to 30 minutes maximum. If our driver has not located you within 30 minutes of the pre scheduled time and you have not made contact with our driver or the office, we may at our discretion instruct the driver to depart

You must call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pick up time. However if you fail to notify us of the changed pick up time, we may or may not be able to accommodate you, we will try in good faith to get a vehicle dispatched to you. The policy of Super Luxury Ride is to process the full cost of transportation to the customer's credit card as soon as we receive your booking. Driver gratuities can be done in cash directly at the time of the service or you can just let driver know what would you like to add on the credit card on file. Gratuities will be highly appreciated by our proffesional chauffeurs; however there is not obligation. To void confusions please double check your reservation details. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the interior or the exterior of the vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party if the damage is a direct result of negligence on your
part or your guests. We will impose a minimum of $200.00 cleaning charge if excessive trash is left inside the vehicle also a sanitation fee of $300.00 if needed after your service. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and will result in a minimum charge of $400.00 any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Spillage of any liquid products inside the vehicle which requires the carpets or the seats to be professionally cleaned will result in a minimum charge of $300.00.
Vomiting inside the vehicle will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $300.00. Due to flight delays or mechanical breakdowns, there is a slight chance that you might be transported in a vehicle other than the one you reserved, in that case, if the new charge is less than the original charge, we will refund the difference. Super Luxury Ride is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
